  My daughter has been attending Children’s Academy for about 2 years. It has been the answer to our prayers for finding a wonderful school for my daughter. She feels comfortable and safe there. She loves her teachers. She enjoys all of the different programs and activities and I feel that she is learning so much and thriving in the school. The director, the teachers and all of the staff will work with you to make sure your child has the best possible experience. Some days when I go to pick her up she asks if she can stay. She is not only enjoying the social aspect of school. She loves telling me about the new things she's learned. I cannot say enough good things about Children’s Academy. When we started researching schools, I read the negative reviews and I was cautious. But you should always do your own research and we toured the facility and felt very comfortable there. We have never experienced any of these negative things at the school. I have found the teachers to be very nurturing and supportive of all of the children. The director, Ms. Amanda and all of the teachers are very accessible and are always willing to talk with you about your child or answer your questions. We are very happy with our experience.

  This is a wonderful facility! Some of the previous comments are either written about the wrong business or they are employees who were fired and mad about it. The staff at this facility are some of the best you will ever meet. They are so kind and caring to the children and have a ton of experience and knowledge of how to care for them. And this is in all of the classrooms. I have a 4 year old and an 8 month old and we've had them here since my oldest was 8 weeks old. Wonderful place and you will not be sorry!

  Let me start by saying that I am not a disgruntled employee. I made the mistake of enrolling my children in this center a few months ago, at first everything seemed fine, I received a warm smile from behind a desk as well but after less than three weeks my children no longer wanted to attend school. I noticed that the the friendly morning greetings were diminishing and my child was not bringing any classwork home. Upon asking the teacher I was told that they have no curriculum that they follow, "they just wing it". What were they teaching my children all day? I then found out that there are very few teachers with degrees and even the director has no degree! Unfortunately, I was unaware of the ?'s I should be asking regarding what an excellent childcare center should incorporate and offer to parents. I am now aware. If you decide to tour this center please be sure to ask these questions. What state approved curriculum do they use? What education do the teachers have? And most importantly what education does the center director have, after all she is the backbone of the center.
