  Used to be great, and I was a loyal customer for 10+ years until Allstate resorted to writing an estimate covering only 1/3 the cost of fixing my vehicle and sending Consent To Rate letters to many of its clients to force them to allow Allstate to charge more than the state-mandated maximum before agreeing to renew their policy. This agency was argumentative and unhelpful in their handling of my renewal, right down to a snarky E-mail response after I moved my policies to another carrier. I referred several of my friends to them over the past year and they received the same cold treatment and signed elsewhere. Good riddance.
